Camping

The campground commands uninterrupted views of Aliyar Reserve Forest and the beauty of its natural surrounds and offers powered and unpowered sites and dedicated camping areas. The camp sites are set amongst native parse forest land, most sites enjoying shady periods throughout the day.

For planning purposes, powered site outlets are 240.250 Volt/50HzAC and waste dump site is available.

Facilities

Rustic in its settings - facilities are designed to making travelling easier and to blend in with the surrounds.

Guests have access to a barbeque, dining area and bathrooms areas in the campground. Jungle ride in jeep and Jungle Trekking/hiking can be arranged with prior notice.

Fishing is available at a short ride from the camp grounds. It is seasonal so please check beforehand.

Food

Breakfast

Non Veg we have your choice of eggs. For vegetarians we make either upma, poha, idli or sevian (1 of these per day). We serve this with bread, farm-made jam and our farm-fresh ricotta cheese.

Lunch

We can serve lunch on day of arrival of guest only if you inform us and are sure you will reach by lunchtime. For the rest of your stay here you can please inform us at breakfast time if you would like to eat lunch that day.

Dinner

As per our fixed menu (same food that we eat in our home). Usually 2 veg dishes, chapati, daal and rice, dessert for vegetarians. For Non-veg menu we serve a chicken dish and 1 vegetable dish, chapati, daal and rice and dessert.

The rates are Rs 400/- per meal per person whether Veg or Non-veg.
Children under 10 years are charged 50% of above rates.

You need to inform us a day before on you plans for lunch and dinner.

Tea

We keep tea, sugar and milk powder packets in the cottages. There is an electric kettle for making the tea. Kindly help yourself. Thanks.
